Master Terms and Conditions
The Master Terms and Conditions ("Master Terms") outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Mediaocean and its affiliate identified in an Order Form and our clients for the delivery of services. By entering into an Order Form, both parties agree to the outlined terms and conditions in the Master Terms linked below as well as the applicable SLA.
Service Addendums
Certain services offered by Mediaocean and Flashtalking by Mediaocean may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which are outlined in specific service addendums. The addendums below are applicable only when particular services or features are used, and they supplement our Master Services Agreement. Data Protection
